Costs are agreed in advance and there are no hidden charges. We aim to provide professional, accessible legal services with a competitive pricing structure that gives you transparency and value at every step.
How we price your matter
Whytecroft Ford is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), the body formerly known as the OISC. Our pricing approach reflects the standards expected of a regulated firm.
Fixed fees
All work is on a fixed-fee basis, agreed in advance. If anything outside our control changes the scope, we’ll agree a revised fee with you before any extra work begins.
Clear billing
Our fee structure is clear and itemised. Every fee and disbursement is communicated openly so you know the full cost before you commit.
Competitive rates
By running a tight, electronically-managed practice we keep overheads low. Those efficiency savings flow through to your fees.
No nuisance line items
We don’t bill separately for telephone calls, photocopying, printing, stationery, document storage or postage.
What’s included, what isn’t
VAT: where VAT applies it is shown clearly in your fee quote from the outset. All fees on this site are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Our fees are reviewed annually and are subject to change.
Third-party costs: Home Office UKVI fees, attestation fees, court fees and similar third-party costs are stated separately and remain payable to the third party. We do not mark them up.
UK immigration fees
Fees vary by service tier (advice, application check, full representation) and by visa category. We’ll quote a fixed fee for your specific matter once we’ve understood the scope.
