What is the Full Representation Service?

Full Representation is the most comprehensive support we offer: an IAA-regulated adviser takes on your UK immigration application from initial strategy to final decision. Whether you are applying for a visa, an extension, Indefinite Leave to Remain or British citizenship, we handle the whole process on your behalf.

That includes detailed advice, a full review of your circumstances, preparation of your documentary evidence, a drafted letter of legal representation, submission of your application, and liaison with the Home Office until a decision is reached, keeping you informed at every stage.

Scope of the service. Full representation covers the preparation, submission and management of your application. Where an application was previously refused, we advise on the strongest fresh application.

What full representation includes

  • An eligibility assessment and legal advice on the strongest route for you
  • A clear, transparent breakdown of all fees, including Home Office charges
  • A tailored document checklist and a professional review of your evidence
  • Preparation and submission of your online application to UKVI standards
  • A structured letter of representation setting out how you meet the Immigration Rules
  • Management of all Home Office correspondence, with progress updates
  • Post-decision advice on your status and your next steps

How it works

  1. Initial assessment and fixed-fee quote

We start with a confidential consultation to assess your eligibility and advise on the right route. You receive a fixed-fee quotation covering the full scope of the work.

  2. Document review and preparation

We send you a personalised document list, along with templates for the supporting letters and third-party documents you will need for your application, and review your evidence against UKVI standards to help close any gaps.

  3. Submission and letter of representation

We prepare and submit your online application, accompanied by a comprehensive letter of representation in support of your case.

  4. Monitoring and UKVI liaison

We manage all correspondence with the Home Office, track the progress of your application, and keep you updated at every key stage.

  5. Outcome and next steps

Once a decision is issued, we explain what it means, help with any follow-up, and advise on your future immigration options.

Full representation: frequently asked questions

How much does full representation cost?

Full representation starts at a fixed fee of £1,000 onwards, increasing with the complexity of your case and any dependants included. Your fee is fixed as per the quotation we provide at the outset, confirmed once we understand your circumstances. Government fees are separate.

What does full representation include?

An eligibility assessment and advice, a document checklist and review, preparation and submission of your application, a letter of representation, management of all UKVI correspondence, and post-decision advice, from strategy to decision.

Will you prepare and submit the application for me?

Yes. We prepare and submit your application, accompanied by a letter of representation, and liaise with the Home Office until a decision is reached.

Do you represent clients at appeals or tribunals?

No. We prepare, submit and manage applications; we do not act at the immigration tribunal or on appeals. If an application is refused, we advise on the strongest fresh application.

Can you handle a spouse visa, ILR or citizenship application?

Yes. We handle family, work, settlement and nationality applications, and tailor the work to what your route turns on, from the Appendix FM financial requirement to the 180-day rule for settlement.

Is the fee fixed?

Yes. You receive a fixed-fee quote up front covering the full scope of the work. Government fees, such as the Home Office application fee and the Immigration Health Surcharge, are paid separately to the Home Office.

Can I start with advice or an application check instead?

Yes. You can start with an advice session (from £150) or an application check (from £450). If you upgrade to representation, the checking fee is deducted from your quote.

How long does it take?

It depends on the route and Home Office processing times. We prepare and submit your application promptly, and where you need a faster decision we can use the government priority service, which is paid to the Home Office.
