What is Fast-Track Representation?
Fast-Track Representation is our expedited full-representation service. It is the same complete service as our Full Representation, delivered on a prioritised timeline: your case moves to the front of our queue, and an IAA-regulated adviser prepares and submits it as quickly as your evidence allows.
How the timing works. Two things affect how quickly you get a decision: how fast your application is prepared and submitted, and the Home Office's own processing time. Fast-Track speeds up the first. For the second, the government's own Priority and Super-Priority services can give a faster decision; these are optional, separate, and paid to the Home Office. We will tell you whether they are available for your route.
Scope of the service. Fast-Track covers the expedited preparation, submission and management of your application. Where an application was previously refused, we advise on the strongest fresh application.

Fast-track representation: frequently asked questions
How much does Fast-Track Representation cost?
Fast-Track Representation starts at a fixed fee of £2,200 onwards, increasing with the complexity of your case and any dependants included. Your fee is fixed as per the quotation we provide at the outset, confirmed once we understand your circumstances. Government fees are separate.
What is the difference between fast-track and standard full representation?
It is the same complete service, delivered on a prioritised, expedited timeline. Your case moves to the front of our queue and is prepared and submitted as quickly as your evidence allows.
Does fast-track guarantee a faster Home Office decision?
No. Fast-Track speeds up how quickly we prepare and submit your application. The Home Office decision time is separate. If you need a faster decision, the government's Priority and Super-Priority services can help, and are paid to the Home Office.
Can I add the government priority service?
Yes, where it is available for your route. The government Priority service (a faster decision, typically for an extra fee of around £500) and Super-Priority service (around £1,000 or more) are optional, separate, and paid to the Home Office. We will advise whether they apply to you.
Which routes can you fast-track?
We fast-track preparation for most family, work, settlement and nationality applications. It will depend on your circumstances and documentary evidence.
Will you prepare and submit the application for me?
Yes. We prepare and submit your application, accompanied by a letter of representation, on a prioritised timeline, and liaise with the Home Office until a decision is reached.
How quickly can you start?
We prioritise fast-track instructions and can usually begin straight after your consultation, once you have instructed us and we have what we need to proceed.
Do you represent clients at appeals or tribunals?
No. We prepare, submit and manage applications; we do not act at the immigration tribunal or on appeals. If an application is refused, we advise on the strongest fresh application.
