What our regulatory status means for you
IAA Level 1 means we are authorised to advise on, and act in, the categories of UK immigration that cover the work we offer: family, work, study, settlement and citizenship applications.
We do not handle immigration appeals, administrative reviews, or judicial review. Where a matter falls outside our scope, we will tell you and, where possible, signpost you to a regulated provider who can help.
