Are your fees refundable if my application is refused?

Our fees cover the professional time and legal expertise required to prepare and review your application. As such, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. We pride ourselves on our high success rate and will always provide a candid assessment of your case’s strengths before proceeding.

Can I upgrade my service later?

Yes. If you start with a Detailed Advice session or Application Checking Service and later decide you would like Full Representation , we can usually credit the initial fee paid toward the cost of the full service. Please speak with your advisor to arrange this.

Does this fee include Home Office application costs?

No. The fees listed on this form cover Whytecroft Ford’s professional legal services only. You will still be responsible for external costs, such as the Home Office visa application fee, the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), and biometric enrollment fees, which are paid directly to the relevant authorities.

How do I pay for dependants or family members?

The prices listed are for a single applicant. If you are applying with dependants (e.g., a spouse or children), please contact your caseworker before paying. We will provide a bespoke quote for the additional applicants.
