How do I prepare for an telephone consultation?

We recommend that you write down all of your questions in advance before the session begins, this way you will not miss out any important information relating to your case.

How long will the telephone consultation last?

The advice only session is untimed and you may take as long as you require to get clarification regarding your situation.
We usually allow up to 30 mins for the session but it can take as little or as long as you need. We just want to ensure that you fully understand the advice that is given and you are clear on the next steps you need to take.

How much does an on-phone consultation cost?

The on-phone consultation will be a fixed fee of £100. 

How can I make a payment?

There are a number of ways in which you can make a payment. We accept all major debit or credit card providers. You can choose any one of the following ways:
  1. You can make a debit or credit card payment online through our secure payment service
  2. You can pay via bank transfer
  3. If you have an appointment with us, you can make a debit or credit card payment in person at our offices.

Are there any additional costs?

The one-off payment for this is all that you pay, there are no hidden or extra costs.

 

If you decide to opt for any other service, your immigration advisor will provide you with a breakdown of the fixed fees that will be expected to be incurred, and any incidental expenses that you may incur.

What if I still have questions after the advice session has concluded?

If you have any questions that you were unable to ask during your session or you have any follow up questions you need answering, you will still have access to your adviser who will answer these for you.
