Immigration adviser fees explained
Our fees are fixed and agreed up front, with no hidden charges. For context, these are the typical ranges across the UK market, as a general guide (as of 2026):

Government fees are separate and paid to the Home Office. Application fees range from around £135 for a visitor visa to over £3,000 for settlement, plus the Immigration Health Surcharge (around £1,035 per year for most applicants). Optional Priority (about £500) and Super-Priority (about £1,000) services can speed up the decision. We always set out both our fee and the government fees before you commit.
Immigration adviser or solicitor?
An IAA-regulated adviser and a solicitor can both advise on and prepare immigration applications. For standard visa, settlement and citizenship applications, a regulated adviser is usually the more cost-effective choice, while solicitors tend to be used for court proceedings and litigation.

Is there free immigration advice available?
Yes, some organisations offer free immigration advice, including Citizens Advice and the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants. Free services can be limited in scope or have long waits, so a paid service is often worth it when you need tailored, in-depth help. We also offer a free, no obligation initial assessment.
Do you handle appeals?
No. We prepare, submit and manage applications; we do not act at the immigration tribunal or on appeals. Where an application was previously refused, we advise on the strongest fresh application.
