How do I prepare for an In-Office consultation?

We recommend that you write down all of your questions in advance before the session begins, this way you will not miss out any important information relating to your case.

How long will the In-Office consultation last?
The advice only session is untimed and you may take as long as you require to get clarification regarding your situation.
We usually allow up to 45 mins for the session but it can take as little or as long as you need. We just want to ensure that you fully understand the advice that is given and you are clear on the next steps you need to take.
How much does an In-Office consultation cost?

The on-phone consultation will be a fixed fee of £149.

 

How can I make a payment?
There are a number of ways in which you can make a payment. We accept all major debit or credit card providers. You can choose any one of the following ways:
  1. You can make a debit or credit card payment online through our secure payment service
  2. You can pay via bank transfer
  3. If you have an appointment with us, you can make a debit or credit card payment in person at our offices.
  4. You can pay on the phone prior to your advice session with your lawyer
Are there any additional costs?
The one-off payment for this is all that you pay, there are no hidden or extra costs.

 

If you decide to opt for any other service, your immigration advisor will provide you with a breakdown of the fixed fees that will be expected to be incurred, and any incidental expenses that you may incur.
Are you still providing services during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown?

Unfortunately at the moment, we are not taking any office consultations for the safety of our staff and clients.

 

You can request a consultation via skype or zoom as an alternative to our office consultations.

 

What if I still have questions after the advice session has concluded?
