We use Stripe as our online payments provider. Stripe is certified to the highest industry standards and has obtained regulatory licenses around the world. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.
The Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) regulation in Europe requires the use of 3D Secure for card payments. For extra fraud protection, 3D Secure requires customers to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer when paying. Typically, when making a payment you will be directed to an authentication page on your bank’s website, and you enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to your phone.
